Marcus, Thank you for your comments. Your objections would be perfectly valid IF we were using the kind of electrolytic process in our hydrogen fuel technology that has been attempted by many others in the past. Now let me explain why you will have to eat your words. Water Is Fuel is a truly revolutionary hydrogen technology, using a low voltage powered, unique patented process using frequency that has been certified by the California Air Resources Board (CARB certification number D-669). Our unit produces the hydrogen and oxygen, separating them in a patented manner so as to only inject the hydrogen portion into the air intake. This means that the engine won’t compensate for the excess oxygen which would flow through the engine and exit through the exhaust where the O2 sensor would read it as the engine running too lean and compensate by providing additional fuel and thus defeat the purpose. Also, because we use so little electricity (from the excess found in the battery during normal vehicle operation) and because we control the amount of electricity used with our electronics, we produce sufficient quantities of hydrogen for the engine without ever putting a load on the alternator. We in fact never exceed 4 amps on our unit! Our water never becomes heavy (with ions) and so never increases the resistance of the water. All others who use various methods of electrolysis have problems with this as they use straight voltage in the electrolysis process. In order to get the CARB number, we had to provide 3 different specific vehicles to a CARB certified third party testing facility where they followed EPA standard tests using the same equipment and million dollar software program that they use to test vehicles for virtually every major Auto maker. We had to hand over the vehicles with our equipment already installed, and they kept the cars in their locked facilities for anywhere from 5 – 10 days. Oh, and by the way, about our name: completely appropriate. In our unique technology, Water IS Fuel. (Although, to be honest, you are of course technically correct, but you’d also be correct in stating that gasoline and diesel are also not fuels for the internal combustion engine for the same reason, they are just effective carriers of hydrogen).
